Trash items from the command line in OS X

Apparently someone noticed that a Mac with a command line ought to make it easy to move items to the Trash from that command line and wrote a fine utility to handle it.

I didn’t actually know that ruby gems could be used to install handy shell commands. Should have figured that was doable because of rails, but for general purpose commands? Brilliant!
